ABA provided critical area site assessments, building evaluations
and a comprehensive urban design master plan for an existing
community of pre-WWII military housing. Dynamic interaction
with stakeholders surrounding the 750 garden-apartment complex
earned for ABA the additional scope to include a strategy for
planned redevelopment of the adjacent commercial neighborhood.
